***All orders will take 7-14 days to process, make, cure and ship out.
SHIPPING POLICY
All products will be shipped via USPS. Please allow 7-14 days for product to be processed, made, cured and shipped out. Shipping costs will be added in at check out and are covered by consumer. We apologize for any inconvenience but we currently do not ship outside of the U.S. We hope to achieve this in the near future.
Orders will be processed within 72 hours. All products are made to order. After making, all products will be cured, and shipped out within 7-11 days for a total of up to 14 days to ship out. Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days, unless there is a delay.
REFUND POLICY
Unfortunately, we do not give refunds. In the event that there is a defective product (for example, the wick isn't burning properly), we are happy to send a pre-labeled return box for the item to be returned and promptly replaced at no charge to the customer. we can also issue a store credit/gift card for later use.
If for some reason, you do not receive your order and cannot track it, please contact us IMMEDIATELY so that we may track down your order.
